JD Sports Malaysia offers a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging, ensuring you find the perfect fit for your active lifestyle. Please note that certain exclusion items like swimwear and undergarments cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your JD Sports account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return reference number.

  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original shoebox or apparel packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and secure them in a protective outer mailing bag or box.

• 3.
  Ship via Courier

  Attach the return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized PosLaju or NinjaVan location across Malaysia.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
